What is Obfs4:

  • Protocol Obfs4 (Obfuscation 4) is a traffic obfuscation method. It encrypts and obfuscates your Tor traffic, making it indistinguishable from regular HTTPS traffic, making it difficult for ISPs or government agencies to detect and block it.
  •
Using bridges is especially useful in countries where Tor is blocked, as they are not on public lists and are harder to block.
